Not all Perch & Nest homes are wheeled. Our cottage homes are many shapes, sizes, and origins. We offer a variety of creative small dwelling solutions including restoration, renovation, and complete space conversions up to 1000 sq ft.

We do not offer new construction of foundation dwellings, but will assist you in locating and determining the right structure and space for your project as well as planning, budgeting, and constructing your home.
